Essential Oil Use Chart

An essential oil use chart is an excellent way to become familiar with the wide variety of therapeutic essential oils and their uses.

Looking to an essential oil use chart also helps when it comes to deciding which essential oils to apply to support your body when faced with a given health concern.

I've put together the use chart below for your convenience.  There is much more to be said about essential oils and their uses, but this brings some of the most basic essential oils applications together in one place.

IMPORTANT.  The essential oils mentioned in this chart assume the use of therapeutic-grade essential oils.  Do not use any of these applications with oils that are not therapeutic-grade.
