The application of essential oils can be an excellent way to help manage this problem.
Some of the oils and oil blends I've found helpful for RLS are: lavender, Roman chamomile, cedarwood, vetiver, Peace & Calming, Tranquil, and RutaVaLa.
Since everyone's body chemistry is different, the particular oils that are most effective for one will not necessarily be the best for another.
So, you may have to experiment a bit to determine which oils works best for you.
